Phil Dales is a land use and licensing attorney who works with real estate developers and other clients on real estate matters.
Mr. Dales counsels clients on zoning matters, including rezonings, variances, special exceptions, planned development applications and comprehensive planning. Additionally, Mr. Dales assists clients with administrative law and real property issues related to liquor licenses, environmental compliance, building permits, and commercial landlord tenant disputes. He has obtained favorable decisions for clients in forums ranging from local Board of Appeals to the Circuit Courts and the Supreme Court of Maryland (previously known as Court of Appeals), Maryland's highest court.
